How far in advance should we book you?
The sooner the better! Most couples book 12–18 months out, especially for peak wedding season. That said, if your date is sooner, reach out anyway. If we can make it happen, we absolutely will.
How many hours of coverage do you offer?
Our packages range from 10-12 hours with the option of adding on additional hours at a separate rate.
What are the costs of your packages?
Event Management starts at $2,000.00
Partial Planning starts at $3,250.00
Full Planning starts at $4,500.00
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! Of course. We have our standard payment plans and are happy to discuss additional options to best fit your specific needs.
Do you work for a specific venue?
Short answer: no. Longer answer: We have worked at all kinds of wonderful venues across Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, and even Idaho! Once you sign a contract, we'll even share our list of preferred vendors which includes many local venues that we LOVE to work with, and we think you will too!
Do you work with specific vendors or can we choose our own?
Both! We have an incredible network of vetted vendors I adore recommending, but will always support the team you choose. This is your wedding, and our job is to help you build a vendor dream team that fits your style, budget, and personality.
Will you take over communication with vendors?
Yes. Please. Hand it over. Vendor communication, confirmations, timelines, and logistics are my love language. You’ll never have to chase anyone down or triple-check details - We've got this.
Do you help with design?
Absolutely! Whether you have a Pinterest board bursting at the seams or you’re starting with “I just want it to feel romantic and fun,” We’ll help you create a cohesive design that reflects who you are. From color palettes to layouts to décor suggestions, we’ll bring your vision to life - intentionally and beautifully.
What happens on the wedding day?
Think of us as the calm conductor behind the scenes. We manage the timeline, direct vendors, cue the wedding party, set up personal items, troubleshoot anything unexpected, keep things running smoothly, and make sure you, your partner, and your families are actually enjoying the day, not working it. You get to simply show up, feel present, and soak it all in.
Do you travel?
Yes! While we're based in Pennsylvania, we happily travel for weddings. Whether it’s down the road, across the state, or somewhere a little farther (hello, passport!), let’s chat about your location and see what we can dream up together.
Can you work with our unique traditions/cultural elements?
With open hearts and open minds—absolutely. I love celebrating traditions, cultures, and personal touches that make your wedding uniquely yours. Tell me what’s important to you, and I’ll help weave it into the day with intention and respect.
Are you insured to work at my Venue?
Yes! We carry $1 million in general liability insurance which covers us to work in any venues.
What if we’ve planned most things but still feel overwhelmed?
That’s more common than you think! My partial planning or coordination package is perfect for couples who did the heavy lifting but need a pro to tie everything together, finalize details, and bring it all to life.
I'm looking for more of a Day Of Coordination package. Do you offer that?
We call this package “Event Management”, and it actually starts the second we sign a contract with you! We offer unlimited communication via phone or email so you can contact your planner throughout your planning for advice, questions or just to vent! Then we begin meeting six weeks prior to your big day to finalize all of the details and make sure we're fully ready to manage it the exact way that you want.
My Venue Requires a Coordinator, but I’m not sure how much help I actually need.
The number one feedback we get is how much stress we took off the bride on their big day and we cannot wait to do that for you as well. Venues often require coordinators to fill in the gaps that aren't the role of a venue coordinator, such as decor setup, vendor communication and setup, managing the timeline, etc.
Our venue already has a day-of coordinator.
Okay, so, this isn't a question, but we hear this ALL the time. A venue coordinator actually isn't the same thing as a planner/event manager. Those who work for venues are focused on exactly that. They often manage set up of furniture or items that belong to them, and primarily oversee the aspects that they provide, which typically include catering and bartending. As a wedding planner, we start meeting with you no later than 6 weeks out and help you finalize every single detail. We meet with your vendors, oversee your timeline, and ensure your day goes by perfectly. Both of these roles are necessary in creating and executing the perfect wedding day, but the venue coordinator works for the venue, we work for you.
Do you do events that aren't wedding related?
Yes! As long as we have the time availability, we can help you with any sort of event. We take these requests on a case-by-case basis. Submit a contact sheet for more information!
