If you’ve started planning but want expert guidance to bring everything together, this package is designed for you. Beginning 6 months before your wedding, we step in to review your progress and help finalize the many details that turn plans into reality. We assist with décor decisions, stationery logistics, RSVP tracking, and creating detailed floor plans and seating charts. During this time, we work directly with your vendor team to create comprehensive timeline and ensure everyone is aligned for a smooth event. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, you’ll have professional guidance through the final months of planning so you can enjoy the remainder of your engagement era in peace.
Partial Planning

If you’re looking for a “day-of coordinator,” this is the package for you. We start six weeks before your wedding to learn every detail of your plans. You’ll walk us through your chosen vendors, timeline ideas, and design elements so we can truly understand your full vision. From there, we refine your timeline, coordinate logistics with your vendor team, and ensure everyone involved is on the same page. We takeover all communication, oversee setup, manage your timeline, solve problems behind the scenes, and ensure every piece of the day unfolds according to plan. Instead of working the day away, you'll be fully present and free to relax, celebrate, and enjoy each and every moment.
event Management

It’s showtime! Our goal is for you to be stress-free and enjoy every second with your loved ones. We run your ceremony rehearsal and have 2 staff on site for 10-12 hours day-of. From our execution guide to our emergency kit, trust me, we’ve got this.
wedding weekend

For all packages, this is the last 6-12 weeks when we're wrapping everything up, documenting everything, and creating your execution guide which we’ll use day-of. We take over communication with vendors and serve as a contact for guests with any questions the week-of.

For our planning packages, this is when we dig deep. We book your vendors, help you with your design, help manage all of the details, guest list, budget, etc. We are beside you the entire process assisting with each and every task, so it’s exactly what you want.
