Finalize the bigger decisions, and we’ll take it from there. We start 5-6 months out to assist with finalizing decor, stationery, rsvps, and floor plans/seating chart creation. We take on the stress in the final months leading up to your big day, so you can sit back and relax.

Secure your vendors and then leave the rest to us. Communication begins 3-4 months out for us to manage the details and keep everything on track. We will thoughtfully execute your plan, assist you with all final tasks, and ensure smooth sailing leading up to your big day.
Partial Planning + Management
If you’re looking for a “day-of coordinator,” this is the package for you! Manage all of the planning without working your wedding day away. We learn all of the details of your plans starting 6 weeks out, take over communication 2 weeks out, and serve as day of contact for all vendors and guests so you can leave the questions to us and enjoy your day.

Month-Of Management
It’s showtime! Our goal is for you to be stress-free and enjoy every second with your loved ones. We run your ceremony rehearsal and have 2 staff on site for 10-12 hours day-of. From our execution guide to our emergency kit, trust me, we’ve got this.

For all packages, this is the last 6-12 weeks when we're wrapping everything up, documenting everything, and creating your execution guide which we’ll use day-of. We take over communication with vendors and serve as a contact for guests with any questions the week-of.

For our planning packages, this is when we dig deep. We book your vendors, help you with your design, help manage all of the details, guest list, budget, etc. We are beside you the entire process assisting with each and every task, so it’s exactly what you want.

Let’s discuss what you’re looking for in a planner. In this meeting, we go over your plans and figure out which package makes the most sense to you. This is where you get your personalized quote and can sign our contract and make your deposit.
