Ten of my favorite things from the Demotte Wedding:

Ten: How gorgeous their backyard was and how perfect it was to use as a reception venue.

Nine: The adorable one room Catholic Church and the view of it all from the balcony.

Eight: The corn field that created a lovely natural back drop for photos.

Seven: The beautiful handmade bar

Six: The super unique mini cheesecake station instead of cake – delicious!

Five: The love shown from the entire bridal party by showing up to set up and tear down.

Four: How precious and well behaved the flower girls, junior bridesmaids, and ring bearer were! They were adorable!

Three: The planning meetings – just hanging out, bonding over coffee, talking about everything, not just the wedding; many of these meetings felt more like hanging out with friends than it did work.

Two: Brittny was walked down the aisle by her eldest daughter, Havanna.

One: Their first dance – Bug sang to her the entire time and their love just radiated out to everyone watching.

Honorable Mention: Finding a chicken in the shed while getting more garbage bags, catching it, and returning it to the chicken coop.

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Demotte!! You made my job so much fun, and I’m thankful to have gotten to work with you! <3
